Our progress pride socks were first worn at our Pride Round games in 2024.
The Newtown Breakaways have been hosting a Pride Round ever since 2018, growing it from a small intraclub game with DIY rainbow circles, to now one of the marquee rounds of the Sydney AFL calendar and hosted at Henson Park! We have prided ourselves as being champions of diversity and inclusion in the Sydney AFL community, and long may it continue.
Note: These socks pair very well with our bespoke Pride guernseys, which are also available in the shop.
